1st Lt. Dingus Banks to be honored
1st Lieutenant Dingus Banks Jr. will be honored during a National Wreaths Across America ceremony on December 15, 2018. The special ceremony will take place at Otterbein Cemetery in Westerville, Ohio, where Dingus attended Otterbein University and played on the football team. His wife Dian Clare will place the wreath on his grave.
