Your life is not forgotten
Daniel, Although we never met,
I just want you to know you are
not forgotten. You gave the ultimate
sacrifice, your life for what you believed
in. Sleep well my friend, and thank you
for protecting the freedoms we enjoy
today.
A true American Hero.

Medals Restored
Dan,
With the help of your mother I was able to restore your medal display at Council Rock High School. Apparently someone had walked off with them years ago. I got to meet your mother, and I read the citations regarding your bravery. Your mom is gone now, I hope you are together. She was very proud of you. Your medals serve to remind Council Rock Students of the sacrifices made by you, and the brave men who served in Vietnam.
Thanks Dan,
Rick Plank
1977 - 2006 English Teacher and fellow veteran.
