Thank u dad for bringing me into this world...it saddens me that u reenlisted due to my birth , u wanted to give mom and I a better future ..at the ultimate cost ...Ronald Scherer , my step father stepped up to care for me as u would have done ...I am confident you have met him in Heaven , I know he gave u a warm embrace as I know I will have my chance to one day, therefore I am doing my best to be a good person as u were a spiritual brave and caring dad, I will follow in your footsteps so when we meet again, we can both be proud of all of us. I love u dads...both of u very much.

Ty dad for bringing me into this proud life , I've lived sad cuz I miss u but proud cuz ur my hero. My brave dad. I'm proud to say your grand kids are working at Cleveland clinic as OT, AND physical trainers , also at Akron children's as physio therapists. I know u wd be proud as we all are of u.

Everyday I feel I have a slight edge , not sure an edge on what, but knowing my father was such a decorated soldier makes me feel so proud . I was only one when you were killed, I am proud to have your many medals on display on my wall.
