Its been a very long time, but I attended Mercer Elementary in Charleston back in the 60's. . I havent seen Roscoe since those days, but he left a lasting impression on me. He was one or two grades above me. We would walk home together after school. I think he was one of the nicest people I know. I have never forgot how friendly he was to me. I was hurt to learn that he was killed in Vietnam. I do wish someone had a better picture and posted it
