Dear Sgt Jack Hatfield,
Thank you for your service as an Infantryman with the 1st Cavalry. It is Holy Thursday. The war was years ago, but we all need to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

My sweet brother! I loved our life we had together! We were all proud of you, but so sorry to have lost you! You wanted to do your duty & that is just what you did! God needed you with him! We are all so proud of you & you are never forgotten! Thanks for your service! You were always an awesome big brother! Miss you and always wonder what your wife & your children would have been like!

I am so proud to call you my brother and my Hero. You gave the ultimate sacrifice, your life for this great country of ours. I miss and love you so much and I know God has rewarded you in Heaven for your sacrifice. I cannot wait until the day when we can be together so I can truly Thank You for your service and be able to give you a hug.
