The “Friends of Rocky Versace” again remember one of the 68 men whose name is chiseled into stone beneath a Gold Star at Alexandria's Captain Rocky Versace Plaza and Vietnam Veterans Memorial, First Lieutenant Cleveland Ray Harvey, USMC, on what would’ve been his 75th birthday – 16 June 2022.

The “Friends of Rocky Versace” remember one of the 68 men whose name is chiseled into stone beneath a Gold Star at Alexandria's Captain Rocky Versace Plaza and Vietnam Veterans Memorial, First Lieutenant Cleveland Ray "Butch" Harvey, USMC, on what would’ve been his 74th birthday – 16 June 2021.

1st Lt. Cleveland Ray Harvey was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for Valor, with Combat Distinguishing Device (V), for his exemplary gallantry in action. He served as an Infantry Officer and was assigned to B CO, 1ST RECON BN, 1ST MARDIV.

During a "clandestine, spontaneous happening" at the CPT Rocky Versace Plaza and Vietnam Veterans Memorial on Memorial Day 2020, the "Friends of Rocky Versace" remembered First Lieutenant Cleveland Ray "Butch" Harvey, U.S. Marine Corps, as well as Alexandria's 67 other Vietnam War Fallen Heroes.
