THE WALL OF FACES

On this Memorial Day I’m thinking of you brother, my best friend, the one I always looked up to. I’ll concentrate on the wonderful memories we had growing up. Until we meet again and can travel the roads in Ohio and Indiana in your 65 Volkswagen “bug”. A life cut way too short, but one that is never forgotten.

Thinking of your life that was cut short on this day and how much my mother’s family misses you. We will remember the sacrifice you made. ❤️

Semper Fortis

John was my uncle and the oldest son in a family of 7, my mother being the oldest. I think of him often, especially as Memorial Day approaches. I miss what could have been and am forever grateful for the sacrifice made by him and all others for the freedoms I am privileged to have.
