Although we didn’t know each other until Basic, we grew up close in Duluth. I have never forgotten you and our last beers with you and Lucien. I always regret not being with you. RIP Brother.

As a classmate at Duluth Central, you graduating 1966 and me in 1967, I would have never dreamed of our later brotherhood in Vietnam. Both in the First Cav, you made the ultimate sacrifice while I was working the same area in the back of a Huey. I think of you often and the unselfish sacrifice you made for our freedom. Love you brother.

You were one of the brave that answered the call. You honored us by your service and sacrifice. We now honor you each time we stand and sing the words “THE LAND OF THE FREE AND THE HOME OF THE BRAVE”. Rest in Peace and Honor Scott.
