In remembrance of a humble MAN
You were not yet experienced to enjoy life, but had to grow up very fast & go to war. A very good & humble young man that I grew up with in West Mifflin - you of Webster Ave. & me on Glenny Lane. I think of you often Mr. Ron & penciled your name from the Vietnam Traveling Wall in Butler, Pa several years ago. One day I will visit West Mifflin again & find your brother Tim to give the penciling too (you hardly got to know your brother & sister Nedra. On this Memorial Day 2023 I give my earnest thank you again & again Ron.

do not stand at my grave and weep
Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry;
I am not there. I did not die.
Do not stand at my grave and cry;
I am not there. I did not die.
