“Your Humor kept my mind off horrors of war”

James, I am proud I served in the same Unit with you in Vietnam, Your humor kept all of us in the Unit going through the horrors of war from day to day. Thank You for your ultimate sacrifice during that “firefight “ in 68 where you saved several of us before you were killed. I am thankful to know I will see you again when I get to heaven.

I remember James Harris as a classmate at Clarksville high school in 1967. He was always cheerful. Joking.
