We honor the sacrifice of Mitch that he made 55 years ago.

Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. We should be forever thankful for the sacrifices of you and so many others to ensure the freedoms we so often take for granted.

I did not know Mitch (his brother told me the family called him that). I learned that he & David Gaskin were killed in the same incident as my brother Bob. My thoughts, as usual, turn back to that day. I mourn the loss of all these young men & are thinking of the families of Mitch & David. Semper Fi

Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. Your 71st birthday just passed, happy birthday. It is now Lent. The war was years ago, but we all need to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.
