THE WALL OF FACES

It is hard to believe that 53 years have passed that Jim has not returned home. I wear the faded red bracelet yet and honor the memory of a young man who was so eager to serve. His memory is a blessing.

I, also, have an MIA bracelet for Captain Hamm. I have had it since the seventies and I wear it often.

Captain Hamm and my older brother shared a birthday. Every year on that day, in particular, I remember that this brother never came home.

Inspite of nearly 53 years since your loss, the friendship and commradery of soldiers in arms lasts forever. In aviation when a fellow aviator is lost, he is said to have Flown West into the setting sun. Blue skies and tail winds always Jim. You’ll always be remembered and held in the highest esteem.

Not forgotten.
