Thank You
Dear Sp4 Marloye Halgrimson,
Thank you for your service as an Armor Reconnaissance Specialist with the 1st Cavalry. The war was years ago, but we all need to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

BROTHERS FOREVER!
I miss you deeply my brother! I think of you at least once each and every day, wondering what life would have been like had you still been here. Years can ease the pain and sorrow but they can't erase it. I still hurt. Or maybe it is greed, because you are not here. I am very proud of you and always will be for what you did for your country! And all the rest who have given their lives over the years! They deserve our respect and honor! I know they have mine! I have a son and daughter now. My son has the same middle name as you. It is our way of keeping your memory alive. You would have gotten along like two peas in a pod. So I know we picked the right name for him. And our daughter is very special to us too! You would have loved her too! Thank you for being a part of my life! You will never be forgotten!!

ALWAYS REMEMBERED
Dear "Bing",
That was your nickname growing up, but I think of you now as Marloye. There have been so many changes in the family since you left us. But we remember you in the photos and the memories. Hard to believe you would now be 65 years old, and would be on Medicare! You will live on in our memories for as long as any of us is alive. Thank you is hardly adequate for your giving up the chance to live. We all would so like to have known the gentle man you would have become..
