My Hero
I was 6yrs old when he died but I will always remember the tickle fights we had, the times he tried to teach me how to play ball, the time he took the blame for me accidentally knocking over my granpa's drink. He always took the time to make a shy, insecure little boy feel welcome and loved. He has been and always will be my hero.

Thank You For Your Service...
I was only four years old when your life was lost, however, the memory that stands out the most is the horseback rides you gave us little ones on your back. You were such a fun uncle! I grew up feeling as if I knew you better than I actually did. Your picture was always displayed in a glass-front living room cabinet. You have always been missed by everyone. Thank you for your service! Rest in peace Uncle Jimmy.
