A brother from New Mexico
I was present when this Marine was killed. My platoon was responsible for being a blocking force while this Marine was in the sweeping force. A member of my squad was responsible for his death. It has bothered me for the last 50+ years. I found his name on our Battalion bulletin on Marines lost in Vietnam.
