Ground Casualty

SFC Carl T. Adams was a medical noncommissioned officer assigned to Headquarters & Headquarters Company (HHC), 7th Support Battalion, 199th Infantry Brigade. On March 16, 1968, he died of natural causes while serving at his base camp in Gia Dinh Province, RVN. His death was attributed to coronary thrombosis with myocardial infarction (heart attack).
