William is buried at Jefferson Cemetery in Catskill, NY.

Although we never met personally, I want to thank you William Michael Bagshaw, for your courageous and valiant service, faithful contribution, and your most holy sacrifice given to this great country of ours!

Your Spirit is alive--and strong, therefore Marine, you shall never be forgotten, nor has your death been in vain!

William Michael Bagshaw - We remember him as just "Billy." He came from a family of eight children and is my older brother. He enlisted in the Marines and at the age of 18, he gave his life. We remember his smile, his blonde hair and his blue eyes that seemed to laugh all the time! Forever in our hearts . . .
