My Best Friend
Eddie, I think about you all the time. Dedra and I always visit your gravesite in Arlington when we're in DC. I recall the talk we had the day I returned from Vietnam. You were a hero then, and you're a hero now. From B'more, to college, to Vietnam. We will meet again.

Ed my platoonleader and friend. One of the finest officers I had in Nam. I miss you and pray for your wife and children. Rest in peace. You wanted to come home so bad,but also wanted to serve your country.For all who pass this way Ed was a hell of a man. Later we will meet. Doc
