I Carry You In My Heart
I remember you often, Dennis. I carry you in my heart. I never met you, but I think of you as we celebrate my husband’s birthday on Monday. You two have birthdays are only days apart. You grew up together. You went to school and church together. My husband will be 70 this year. We will be married 50 years this December. We have two fine sons and six wonderful grandchildren . You are the most loved man I have never met. You have taught me to treasure every day and to be thankful for my husband. If I was granted one wish it would be that you could have lived a happy life and celebrated your 70th birthday. I will never forget you, as you have been a reminder to be thankful for the good things in life. Love, Wende

Thank you for your service as a UH-1 Helicopter Repairer - Door Gunner. Merry Christmas. It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call.
