From Brooklyn to Viet Nam
Phil and I were childhood friends and enlisted in the USMC together. After boot camp we both left the USA and arrived in Okinawa enroute to the RVN. We last saw each other at Danang reception center. Phil was a good person and a fine Marine, he gave up his life and dreams for his country
