Family remembers
Barry, you were my Mother's cousin and you were taken from us while she was pregnant with me. The memorial was in Muhlenberg this past weekend and I was able to visit and find your name.

Remembering An American Hero
Dear PFC Barry L Adam, sir
As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.
May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.
With respect, Sir
Curt Carter

Remembering Barry L. Adam
Hello, my name is Chelsey Shepos and I am in eleventh grade. I am learning about The Vietnam War in a class of mine, The Shaping of the Modern World, and got the opportunity to research some of the men and women involved in this war. I found a connection with you due to our birthdays being on the same day, May 14th. I was inspired by your life. You played a big role in the world and your efforts are appreciated. You stood up for the United States and served your duty well. I want to thank you for the difference you made for all of us. You were a good man.
