REMEMBRANCES
Classmate & Dear Friend
Mike was one of my classmates who served in Vietnam. His nickname was 'Sharkbait' before he left he bought a white Nova convertible. Mike sent me a letter about a month before he was killed saying he was not afraid and was with a good group of guys. Mike and I shared August as our birthday months and usually did something together. His mom ran a restraunt in Carthage and wwa the place to hang out. I wa one of the pallbears for the seervice. One of the hardest times of my life to see a friend and classmate buried. Mikes grave is only about 100 yards from my grandparents and dads site, each Memorial day we visit them along with Mike.
