THE WALL OF FACES

Dear Gary,
I am a sophomore at Gridley High School, Gridley, Illinois. I am writing this for the Gridley High School Posting Project. For my history class we were assigned to post remembrances for those that have died serving our country. I would like to tell you that I am proud of your bravery you have shown toward our country. I am very grateful for your time and effort that you have put forth.

I am a senior at Gridley High School, in Gridley, IL.
I write this to you as part of the Gridley High School
Posting Project, a project that allows us to remember
those who fought and either lost their lives or were
MIA during the Vietnam War. You have my deepest
gratitude, dear soldier. I regret that this war cost
you your life, but you memory lives on. I remember you
on this day. Thank you and God Bless.

I am part of the Gridley High School Posting Project. As a senior at Gridley, I feel it is essential that our veterans are remembered and their stories of heroism and bravery, are passed down to future generations. This is one small way I can give back to thousands who gave up their lives for this country. You will always be remembered Gary!
