Never Forgotten

Dear Soldier,
I am posting remembrances on behalf of our Gridley High School Posting Project. My name is Amanda Kinney, I am 17 years old, and a senior at Gridley High School, but I’m sure this won’t be my last posting. I really enjoy doing this. It makes me think about all of the soldiers I write to and their feelings. You fought for our country, it took a lot of courage and bravery, and I respect you for that. I know I wouldn’t have the courage to do it. I would be so afraid, not knowing if I would be able to see another day, or be able to accomplish all my plans, but you did, you gave your Supreme Sacrifice. I find every Veteran on this wall very special. I just want let you know you will never be forgotten.

God Bless You,
Amanda

Thank You

Brave Sir,
I am posting remembrances for the honorable soldiers that perished in service of our country as part of the Gridley High School Posting Project. It is because of great men like you that we live in a free land today. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your selfless sacrifice. Your death was not in vain. May you rest in peace.

Gratefully,
Joel Campbell
