Thank You
Dear Cpl Danny Gard,
Thank you for your service as an AFT CNE/WEAPONS/DECM Systems Technician. Today is the Corps' birthday, Semper Fi. Happy Veterans' Day. It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

New dress blues in Memphis
Danny:
I miss you like it was yesterday. Almost 70 now, retired with my wife on our small acreage in Minnesota. 2 boys with 6 grandkids, 3 boys and 3 girls. Pefect.
Still doing some hunting, we used to talk a lot about the wild places to hunt in Texas and Minnesota.
Met your family in DC @ a 262 reunion. Gave them the picture of us in our dress blues. They never saw you in Blues, so happy I could share that with them.
I think of you often. Rest in peace my friend

My brother in spirit
Danny, it's been over 40 years but still think of you often. I got shot down after you passed but managed to make it home with GODS help. Now have a daughter and 2 grandsons that you would love. I'll never forget you.
