THE WALL OF FACES

My uncle Tony was an inspiration to me and many others. He joined the Marines hoping to have a shorter term of service so he could return sooner to join his girlfriend. He drove a black MGA coupe and was someone I could look up to. Tony was 9 years older than me. I've been to the Vietnam Memorial in DC several times and always looked up and touched his name. He will never be forgotten.

Dear PFC Angel Garcia,
I hope your photo is put here because is wall of faces needs yours. Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.
