Proud of you
I only knew you from OCS (OC94, April '67), but I remember what an excellent person you were. Sense of humor, sense of honor, and with exceptional valor that we would only know about after hearing about your DSC award. You won't be forgotten any time soon, amigo. Not sure that civilian pic is you, although people change, I guess. The OCS graduation pics are definitely you, though. It was a memorable day.

Not knowing you hurts. But you are a part of my family, and I will honor you forever.
My father was telling stories about playing with Michael, as a kid in Kansas. I only recently found out about you, and would like to know more! Lost cousin in Kansas. Terry Dee Gandy.

Dear Lt Michael Gandy,
Thank you for your service as an Airborne Qualified Infantry Unit Commander. It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call.
