Bracelet

I have been wearing this hero’s POW/MIA bracelet since I was 13. My friend’s Dad was in Vietnam and explained the importance. I have always been to scared to check up on him, because I needed to pretend he was found alive and lived a long healthy life. Only today I checked, and found the his remains were found and that he finally got home. My heart aches for our Vietnam Vets. All true heroes.

Thank you

I still have your bracelet and remember your ultimate sacrifice. I served, but in cold war peace time. It was my privilege to wear the bracelet for many years. I wished for a better ending to your story. You will never be forgotten.

Lt. Col. Peter Frederick Bracelet

I wore his bracelet for many years after getting it in middle school. I grew up in Ohio, but wore it everyday in college in Florida. I keep it in my current jewelry box so I can see it. I know the loss of a loved one never heals; but hope there is comfort in knowing we all care.

Wrist Bracelet

I was going through an old cigar box of memories when I came across a bracelet with Lt. Col. Peter Fredrick's name on it. He was missing on 3-15-1967. These bracelets were given out in the 70's to keep MIA's in our thoughts and prayers. I wore it for 2 years 1970-1972.
