Thank You
Dear Lcpl Lander Fraley,
Thank you for your service as an Antitank Assaultman. I did the research on you on your 52nd anniversary, sad. It is Columbus Day, and another national holiday has arrived. It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

My High School Classmate & Brother Marine
Ray , it was a Great Pleasure to have known you . You and I use to hang out from time to time back in the day . I know you were scheduled to join the Air Force but switch over to the Marines because I was joing the Corps . You beat me to Boot Camp but we both ended up in Vietnam pretty close to the same time . When I got a letter from back home saying that you had been killed , My heart sank to the floor.
I said Oh No , Not Ray , Maybe me, but not you . I was in Ky Hoa and you were in Quang Nam . I 'm going to try fine a picture of you and post it here on this site . I love You Brother and I miss you . Rip Brother Marine ,High School Buddy - Semper Fi & Carry On !

Remembering An American Hero
Dear LCPL Lander Ray Fraley, sir
As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.
May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.
With respect, and the best salute a civilian can muster for you, Sir
Curt Carter
