Dear Leon Atteridge: A rememberance from a BHS Student
Dear Leon,
When I heard about you I knew I had to write something special. You were 23 whne you were sent to Vietname in the 101st Airborn division. It was Christmas time. That was the last time you got to unwrap presents because, tradgically a few months later, you were killed in action.
You were a brave person. After attending Roger Williams University and Weslyan College, you signed up for the airforce, and extremely brave decision indeed.
You fought to uphold the rights, freedom and honor of our country. You will never be forgotten.
Sincerely yours,
Michelle M. D.
