honoring you...

Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. In the end, it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years. May you rest in eternal peace.

A Thank You to an American Hero

I wish that I would have been able to meet you, but I have had the pleasure of marrying into your wonderful family. After meeting everyone I already know in my heart what a kind and selfless man you were and cannot express the amount of gratitude I feel.

Thank you for putting your life on the line to protect me, our family, and the millions of Americans who will never be able to fill your shoes. It takes a true hero to enlist in the military, leave your family, and move to unknown territory to fight for our Freedom. I believe that joining the military is one of the hardest jobs and the ultimate sacrifice for your country. I cannot thank you enough for your sacrifice and bravery. We have a place to call home because of YOU! Once again, I Thank You.

Sincerely,
Christyn Flores

Thank You for your sacrifice

Although I never met my Uncle, I have heard stories of his bravery. I’m not sure how to even put into words how much I thank you for your sacrifice for our freedom.

This is a good time to remember that our freedom isn’t guaranteed but protected by the men and women of our armed forces and I am so proud of all that you did as an American Soldier and I salute you. You will always be remembered as our family hero!

Sincerely,
Steven Flores Jr.
