honoring you...

Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. I am 73 and have lived a long and fulfilling life. It is tragic you never had that same opportunity. May you rest in eternal peace.

50 years

This year on the 14 of November marks the 50th year anniversary of when we lost you. I still remember the story of how you had done your tour over there and came home. You requested to go back to help. Even after the pleas of Aunt Myra for you not to go back you insisted you needed to go back to Vietnam. You didn't make it home that time. I love You Johnny, my cousin.

THANK YOU

Dear PFC John Fletcher,
Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.
