Thank you, Kenny.

Kenny was my mother's (Brenda Collins) best friend as they grew up together in Zanesville, Ohio. As I grew up, my mom spoke often about him, and every trip I've ever made to Washington, D.C. has been punctuated with a trip to the Wall to get a rubbing of Kenny's name. Kenny, though I never knew you personally, I want you to know that you are remembered and that you will live on forevermore in the hearts of me and my family . As Mr. Shaffer so eloquently put it in his previous remembrance, "...you will always be remembered as your name is heard even by people who weren't honored by knowing you." Thank you, Kenny, and God bless you.

Thank You Soldier

As a fellow Buckeye, I say "THANK YOU"

As a Veteran, I say "JOB WELL DONE, SOLDIER"

As an American, "YOUR DEATH WAS NOT IN VAIN"

And as a Believer, "YOUR SPIRIT IS ALIVE--AND STRONG"

Although we never met personally, I want to thank you again Soldier, for your courageous and valiant service, faithful contribution, and most holy sacrifice, given to this great country of ours!

REST IN ETERNAL PEACE MY FRIEND

God's Blessings

Kenny, We shared good times together at Central Trinity, Sunday School... softball and youth activities... You were fun to be around and you will always be remembered by those who knew you. Each year on Memorial Day your name is mentioned on my radio program... so you will always be remembered as your name is heard even by people who weren't honored by knowing you. Proverbs 10:7a "The memory of the righteous is blessed..."

tribute

I would like to say that this young man is a very couragous young man for his actions taken for the love of his country. He was truly too young to die yet did so for his country, that to me says more than words can alone.
