Brothers in Arms
I still think of Mike. We were school friends and were drafted the same day. Went through boot Camp and to Vietnam together. We were both in the 9th infantry. He is missed but not forgotten.

Thank You
Dear PFC Michael Finerty,
Thank you for your service as an Infantryman. Labor Day just passed, and we remember you all. It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Boot Camp & Vietnam
Mike,I sat behind you in high school. We never dreamed we would be drafted together. But we spent 18 weeks of hell at Ft Polk, Louisiana,You,me,Dwayne, and Gerald. You and I served in the 9th Infantry together. The last time I saw you is when you visited me in the hospital and you told me that you had just won $3000 playing cards. Several days later I heard you were KIA. My heart stopped at that moment. You will never be forgotten.R.I.P Brother. Until we meet again.
