Remembering my Uncle Piotr.
Dear Uncle,
I have just found your name on the Vietnam Memorial during my trip to Washington with my son Jan, 21 and daughter Barbara, 26. I felt sad and very sorry that I could never met you because you had been killed before I was borne. You served well your country but your family in Poland still misses you especially your cousins Alina and Wieslawa, my mother. I hope we will all meet one day in the better world where you are now.

Thank You
Dear Cpl Peter Filipiak,
Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. Labor Day just passed, and we remember you all. It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.
