Firefight

On 28 June 1966 Company A, 1st Battalion, 27th Infantry, lost twelve men in a firefight east of Bao Trai. They were:

My Dad

We Remember

Carl was an Infantryman with A CO, 1st BN, 27th Infantry, 25th Infantry DIV. He was killed alongside 11 members of A CO when they became engaged in a hostile firefight East of Bao Trai, Hai Nghai Province. RIP Carl, your bravery, courage and dedication to your country will never be forgotten.
