Ground Casualty
SGT Bobby L. Favors was an Indirect Fire Infantryman serving with Headquarters & Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 2nd Infantry, 1st Infantry Division. On February 4, 1966, SGT Favors died in South Vietnam from a reported heart attack. He was 34 years-old. [Taken from coffeltdatabase.org]

Uncle Bobbie thank you for your service. I remember you as child seeing you once it twice at our family's reunion. All the brothers served in the military. I remember your funeral. I have visited the memorial in D.C. And found your name on the wall and took a few pictures. Later I visited your grave site at Blackspings church were you are buried by your mother. Thanks again.
