Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. As long as you are remembered you will always be with us….

May those who served never be forgotten. Rest in peace SSGT. Fasnacht, I salute your brave soul. My heart goes out to you and your family.

My family knew you and your wife and first child while we were stationed at Lincoln AFB, near Lincoln, NE between 1956-1964. You worked for my father, Joe Garde. I still remember you all coming to dinner at our house back then. We were shocked to hear of your untimely death, and sad that your children wouldn't know what a wonderful father you were.

Dear Ssgt David Fasnacht,
Thank you for your service with the 1st Mobile Communication Group. Another national holiday is coming, and we honor you this Labor Day. It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.
