My dear Daddy. I was so young when you were killed in Vietnam. But i have never been so proud of any man in my life due to your incredible bravery. You didn’t have to go …. you volunteered.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.

I will never forget Joe and his Family while flying F-86's out of Sioux City AB, Iowa. I was a new Pilot and Joe checked me out and assigned me to his Flight. He made my first assignment as a Pilot in ADC a real joy. I am now 90, long ago retired from the Air Force, but never a day goes by I don't think of him

We can never truly repay the great debt we owe our fallen heroes. Rest in peace CAPT. Fahey Jr, I salute your brave soul. My heart goes out to you and your family.
