From a friend on U.S.S. Chemung AO30
Lonnie and I served together on the U.S.S. Chemung AO 30 prior to him leaving for Vietnam. Two tours on the coast of Vietnam refueling other ships day and night. We were all sadden to hear of the sacrifice you made for our country. - I have uploaded a picture of Third Division (First tour). Bill Wellivere FTG2.
