Thank You
Dear Sp4 George Eppinger,
Thank you for your service as an Infantryman. We remember all you who gave their all. It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Years Gone By
Eppi was a classmate of mine at SRHS, we were in the '64 graduating class.
We had several classes together and shared in our love of cars.
I remember him always smiling and having a string of girls not far behind.
I can remember how deviated he was when his brother was so severely injured in a water skiing accident.
We just celebrated our 50th HS reunion and an "Honor Roll" of students departed as read. A very somber moment for all.
