THE WALL OF FACES

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:

Steve was my mother's "little" brother 9 years younger than her. Unfortunately he passed away before I was born. From the stories I heard from my mom, aunts and grandpa he was bright, snarky and always had the Ellis smile on his face. I never got to meet you Steve, but I know you were deeply loved and a huge hole was in every ones heart when you died.

Dear PFC Steven Ellis,
Thank you for your service as a Combat Engineer. We remember all you who gave their all. It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.
