It`s been 56 years since that battle on LZ Margo Vietnam. I was The last one to see David alive. We both was hit by the same mortar shell. I was severely wounded and David was mortally wounded. Last thing he did was to try to help me while he took his last breath. I think of David often.... Rest In Peace my friend!
