My best friend

Chuck and I spent many days on Middle Cullen, skiing behind the 18, going to Bar Harbor, playing Everly Brothers from the boat house roof (no lady success), and the beat goes on and on. I remember when his parents were notified at his sister’s wedding. WOW

Bronze Star Medal Awards for Valor and Merit

Captain Charles Harold Edwards, Jr. was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for Valor, with Combat Distinguishing Device (V), for his exemplary gallantry in action. He was also awarded the Bronze Star Medal for Merit for his sustained meritorious service. He served as a Rotary Wing Aviation Unit Commander and was assigned to the 175TH AHC, 214TH AVN BN, 164TH AVN GROUP, 1ST AVIATION BDE.
