Remembering
For my history class this year we are learning about servicemen from Rhode Island who died in Vietnam. As I looked up information on you, I was griefstricken. You were a 1Lt in the army. One day your helicopter was shot down, and you've been labelled MIA ever since. Well, you aren't missing to all of us at Burrillville High School. You'll always be remembered for your bravery.

Just a Friend
I still think of you as a good friend and and the many things we did when we were roommates in flight school.

A remembrance for...
Missing in action, how hard that must have been on your family. To not know what happened to you, to not be able to have peace of mind knowing, praying that you weren't suffering. I'm sure your family has often wished you hadn't gone over seas for a second tour in Vietnam.
You joined the marine corps at the age of 17, my own age. I never met you and know no more about you then what I have read from the computer or researched in school, but I admire you. I have a deep respect for the courage you displayed during your tours in Vietnam. In your short life you accomplished so much, attending officer's candidate and helicopter pilot schools. I'm sure you would have gone far if your helicopter hadn't been shot down on that fateful day of June 30, 1970. You will not be forgotten, may God bless you.
