Not forgotten

Ralph, Although we never met, I just want you to know you are not forgotten. You gave the ultimate sacrifice, your life for what you believed in. Sleep well and thank you.

Gridley High School Posting Project

My school’s social science class has given me the opportunity to honor those who sacrificed their lives to suit America’s cause. This soldier possessed indescribable valor and courage for this man’s greatness, he will never be forgotten. Thank you and God bless.

Thank You

Many people in this county say that they are patriotic. You showed your patriotism with action. Many say that they love this country. You showed your love with service. Many say that they would die for this country. You did so. You made that sacrifice, and you paid that price that oftentimes is necessary to preserve the freedoms and values represented by this country. Through the Gridley High School posting project, my history class at Gridley High School is currently ensuring that not one soldier who paid that price is forgotten. Let this remembrance reinforce the fact that you will not be forgotten. This country is in your debt because of your sacrifice. For your service, and that sacrifice, I thank you.
