Ground Casualty

SP4 Henry R. Duellman was a Power Generation Equipment Operator and Mechanic serving with the 170th Assault Helicopter Company. While serving in Vietnam, Duellman sustained burn injuries in Pleiku Province, RVN, after fuel he was spraying ignited, resulting in 2nd and 3rd degree burns over 70% of his body. He was medically evacuated in critical condition to the burn center at the 106th Army General Hospital in Yokohama, Japan, where he expired February 10, 1969.
