My Friend and Classmate in Ringgold
In December 1970 I was at home in Ringgold on leave with orders to go to Vietnam as a Combat Medic. I was in disbelief when I received the news of Thomas' plane going down and that he was missing. I got an MIA bracelet from his Mother after I returned home from my tour; I always hoped I'd be able to return that bracelet to him.
