In Remembrance...
Thank you so much for your service. Many people died for our country, and it is very unfortunate that you had to be one of them. My grandfather was in WWII, so I know how it affects the family when someone dies, especially as an act of war. I, myself, am from Kernersville, NC, right down the road from Winston-Salem. Although I do not know you or your family, my thoughts and prayer are with them.

Thank God for American Heroes
Dear CWO Eugene Gerald Armstrong Sr, Sir
As a fellow North Carolinian, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.
May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you.
With respect, and the best salute a civilian can muster for you, Sir
Curt Carter
