Boot Camp and Viet Nam

Ispent eight weeks of training and He was in Bravo and I wasin Charlie 1/3. I saw him once out in the bush, barely having the time to say hi, we said good-bye. Thats the last time I saw him. I am proud to say that I knew him.

high school memories

Richard was a good looking kid that every body liked. We sat near each other in many classes and he had a deep interest in history. I remember his great sense of humor and how much I
envied his good looks and smooth banter with the girls.
I have often thought of the last time I saw him at a party the night after graduation when we were both drunk and he wanted to fight me because of a remark I made about New Wilmington brownies
wanting to hang with the tough guys. I wish I could take it
back. I'm so sorry Rich. I wish you had beaten the hell out
of me.
